The Noble Art of Boxing. Few Sports capture the imagination of the masses like the Ancient art of Boxing.

Our Boxing class focuses on correct foundation and technique while having a great workout. Heavy Bags, speedball, floor to ceiling balls, partnered pad work and partnered drills form the foundation of this class.

BEGINNERS BOXING PROGRAM-  Our 4 week Beginners boxing Program is offered on Monday and Wednesday nights. If you have never Boxed or would like the opportunity to reinforce correct technique this is the class for you.

 

All ages and skill levels welcome. If you have never trained before and have always wanted to learn how to box you will be hooked on our  friendly and welcoming environment.
