Our beginner-friendly boxing classes cater to women and men of all fitness and skill levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced fighter, our boxing coaches will take you through a variety of drills and skills to help you smash your fitness goals and learn the sweet science.

What To Expect In Our Boxing Classes

At Ironfist, we understand that your first time trying out a new sport can be a little scary. Rest assured, you will not be thrown into the deep end in our boxing classes.

Our beginner-friendly boxing classes incorporate a mixture of:

  • Pad work
  • Bag work on a variety of different bags (heavy bags, head movement bags and floor-to-ceiling bags)
  • Mobility drills
  • Reaction drills
  • Live controlled drilling
  • Functional fitness
  • Sparring

We understand the importance of keeping each class fresh and fun, so no two sessions will be exactly the same.

While we do offer sparring on certain days, you always can opt for no-contact or light-contact drilling if you prefer.
