Beginner BJJ classes are focused on strong & practical fundamentals. Ensuring a broad understanding of positions, submissions and defence. All level & intermediate classes and onwards in the Gi follow the Southside BJJ program which is closely link with Alliance BJJ from Brazil at multi-world championship team.
Our black belt Jiu Jitsu coaches all branch from Queensland’s number 1 BJJ team for the last 10 years. Our Senior Blackbelt coaches have medalled in tournaments across Australia, Pan Pacific & Asia, and use their extensive experience to help students effectively learn the fundamentals and advanced techniques of BJJ.
