All level & intermediate classes and onwards in the Gi follow the Southside BJJ program which is closely link with Alliance BJJ from Brazil at multi-world championship team.

Our black belt Jiu Jitsu coaches all branch from Queensland’s number 1 BJJ team for the last 10 years. Our Senior Blackbelt coaches have medalled in tournaments across Australia, Pan Pacific & Asia, and use their extensive experience to help students effectively learn the fundamentals and advanced techniques of BJJ.

In the BJJ classes, the team focus is on creating a welcoming and positive environment for people of all fitness and skill levels. Beginner BJJ classes cater for people newbies wanting to start learning BJJ from the ground up, at the same time offering established belts challenging and competitive growth in both competition and club. training.
