Our expert coaches will guide you through the correct way of striking and moving in the ‘sweet science’, ensuring your training is both functional and injury free. Our beginners boxing class is a friendly and welcoming program utilising boxing bags, partnered pad work, body weight exercises and strength training equipment to improve overall speed, strength and endurance, helping you smash your goals and become familiar with the art of boxing.
